FBK Medical Tubing has developed a high volume production technology that heat forms pre – cut lengths of tubing into unusual, customer specified configurations. This technology allows our customers to design a straight length of tube into an angled tube or a “fill tube.”

Expertise in thermoforming technology has allowed FBK Tubing to work with many of the larger medical device companies in developing custom designed needle and trocar protectors, and sleeving for delicate, expensive catheters and canulae.
Now you can have a protective companion sleeve made from a high durometer, a more durable product conformed to the shape of the product it protects.
