FBK's newest addition is our Precision Imaging Process (PIP). This system allows us to print any character in the Microsoft font library onto your tubing.
The PIP process is compatible with PU, LDPE, HDPE, PVC, and Nylon, which are all thermoplastic materials. The imaging may be used for catheter, depth marks, part numbers, your company name and logo, lot numbers, arrows pointing up, down or sideways, +/- signs, and all Microsoft font library characters. Your choice of black, blue, green, and red ink colors that are all USP Class VI approved.
PIP is a proprietary digital process that requires no extra tooling requirements. This offers you upfront savings as much as 20% below traditional processes.
